DFLD’s unique programmes support physical health, mental health and well-being through the power of dance & movement.

Dance for Life Devon CIC is based in Plymouth. Our first programme Move to Nurture - dance for cancer care. Move to Nurture is a free dance programme for those affected by cancer at any stage; at diagnosis, throughout treatment and in remission. Our gentle, yet energising movement sessions help participants reconnect with their bodies and find joy moving in a supportive group. The project is funded by The National Lottery.
